NSAIDs will increase the effectiveness of anticoagulants. NSAIDs may increase warafin’s effect on INR and exacerbate the adverse renal effects of ACE inhibitors. It may increase risk of GI ulceration when used with corticosteroids. Lithium, methotrexate and cyclosporine levels may be increased. CYP2C8 and 2C9 enzyme substrate interactions can occur.
